These are calculated automatically when ordering through our website, or can be calculated manually on request for orders placed directly by phone or email.
Method of Delivery & Compensation
1. United Kingdom
For parcels up to 3kg delivery is by Royal Mail 24-hour tracked or Royal Mail 48-hour tracked.
For parcels over 3 kg delivery is by Parcelforce 24-hour tracked or Parcelforce 48-hour tracked.
There is no Saturday delivery with Parcelforce. Tracking by Parcelforce covers the entire postal journey. Tracking for Royal Mail indicates delivery only.
2. Europe
Delivery by surface mail is not offered as the cost approximates to the airmail cost
Delivery is normally by Royal Mail airmail, with or without tracking, for weights up to 3 kg for most countries, or by an alternative carrier, with tracking, for weights between 3 kg and 25 kg.
Orders of greater weight will be divided between a number of parcels.
Estimated delivery times for specific countries can be offered on request.
3. Outside Europe
Delivery can be by airmail, airmail with tracking, or surface mail.
Delivery is normally by Royal Mail, with or without tracking, for weights up to 3 kg for most countries, or by an alternative carrier, with tracking, for parcels between 3 kg and 25 kg.
All parcels to Canada over 2kg are sent by an alternative carrier (with tracking).
Orders of greater weight than 25 kg will normally be divided between a number of parcels.
Surface mail is by Royal Mail only, for parcels up to 5 kg only. It may take between 4 and 12 weeks, and no tracking is possible. Where cheaper, an alternative carrier (with tracking) will be used in place of surface mail.
