We hope that our new user-friendly platform makes it easy to browse, search, and discover your next read.
Existing Customers
Logging In
The new website has an improved system for logging in and managing your account and password. However, this requires that you reset your password the first time you log in. To do this:
1. At the Login form, click on Lost your password?
2. On the Lost Password form, enter the user ID or email address you used on the old website and click Reset Password.
3. You will receive a password reset email. If you don't see this within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folders.
Click on the ...reset your password link.
4. Complete the Lost Password form and click Save.
You can now return to the Login form and use your new password.
Shipping Address
Please check and correct any anomalies in your billing and shipping address before placing an order as these are in a different format to the previous website.
You can do this in My Account, Addresses.
Previous Orders
Any previous orders will not be visible on the new website. If you are tracking a recently placed order, or wish to view an older order, please contact us.
